Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of  investment per day for a lifetime of results.

Now, up to Stage 1 and Stage 2, it was a horse trade. Hours work, hours pay, or 2 weeks worth of work for my salary or however you do that. But think about this: I like for you to change the paradigm as that how you consider yourself in your business. Forget that you're an employee right now. Imagine you are in your own personal services business and you're providing a service to your company. And rather than you just punch in the clock, or getting your salary, you're not gonna do that anymore. You're gonna write down a list of all the things that you're supposed to do every 2 weeks or every month or whenever the pay period. But instead of just receiving a check or a direct deposit into your account or a wire transfer, you're gonna have to submit an INVOICE. And that invoice is not gonna be how I bought you value dollar for dollar. In this scenario, you have to bring back 5:1 ROI, which means for every dollar, rand, euro, pound you get paid, you have to return 5 back to the organization. And guess what? If every pay period you submit your invoice and you show how you saved or made the company 5 times the amount of what you charged, you get paid.
