Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.   Get up in the morning and I have a couple of routines. I do some stretching, I got some challenges with my back, I had an inversion table at home that I use but I’m listening to my goals, what’s important to me all morning. There’s certain music that I play where the streets have no name that was right, man in the box, I got some—I have music that keeps me going and then when we—when I get in the car in the morning or I’m...

I’m driving one of my dump trucks like 60 miles with a load of junk on it cause I’ve got to get to an appointment to deliver a proposal to try to get the next job, right? Read full transcript:

Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of  investment per day for a lifetime of results.

So, let’s talk, we’re at the end of the calendar year and this is a great chance to look backward. We’re always so good at looking forward, now unless you’re an accountant or you’re an analyst looking backward. But this is our opportunity to look backward from a coaching perspective and take your clients through the same process. So. let’s talk about the power of looking backward. Because in the coaching world, New Year’s is just an arbitrary day. You wake up one day and it’s a new year. What does that really mean? And while it can be arbitrary this actually is a very good time to assess where have we been, where are we now, where do we want to go? So. a couple of questions to ask looking backward in order to create an even more powerful New Year.

  1. What did not go well? At all, that you do not want to repeat in the coming year. It’s powerful to look back and say, what are we not going to tolerate going forward?
  2. What did you tolerate that was substandard last year?
