A Conversation With Coaching Client Marla Mogul

Marla is one of my coaching clients and she agreed to come on the show to share her journey. She also shares how my coaching has helped her create a life plan and achieve her goals faster than she could alone.

Take away: Coaches can help you achieve your goals much faster than going it alone.

Action step: Explore if a coach can help you achieve your life goals.

Money Learnings: Marla's family never talked about money. They grew up in a neighborhood that was beyond their means.

Bio: As the co-founder of the nonprofit, A Night Out, Marla created an organization that in five years served more than 900 survivors of domestic violence, while providing childcare for over 250 of their children. Through safe and healthy social experiences such as self-care spa nights, concerts and theater performances, A Night Out provides an opportunity for survivors to rebuild a sense of community in a safe environment with support, understanding, and fun. Her vision of growing the program to serve as many women, men and children as possible, led to the strategic acquisition of A Night Out by the nonprofit, Between Friends, an agency dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. The consolidation represents a strategic growth opportunity that keeps the needs of survivors first.
