Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of  investment per day for a lifetime of results.

Who’s client facing, who’s not? Alright, so you have to make sure. So one of our Filipino VAs teaches English in the Philippines. So, her English is great, if I didn’t tell you she was from there…(name of Filipino VA). Um, she does all of our Google forms, she did a whole large data analysis uh program for us. I said to her “do you know Google forms?” she’s like, “yeah”. I’m like “good, you have 72 hours to figure out how to do this survey.” And boy, she probably spent every hour ‘cause I told her to have it done by a certain time, and it was like one minute of it came in. So, I’m pretty sure she had no idea what she was doing, but she figured it out. And so every time we need a Google form we send it to her. She’s our Google form gal, right? And now, we’re training her on, ‘cause her English is so good, on how to be a moderator on our conference calls, right? You know, and so, most of the VAs around the world will work the US schedule.
