Hi Everyone, Carl Gould here your #70secondCEO, just over a minute of investment per day for a lifetime of results.

I got started in my entrepreneurial career by accident almost literally by injury actually. I was studying accounting and finance at the University of Delaware. And I had a bad leg injury in my second year and it put me out of school for 6 months. And since I was paying my own way I couldn't afford to come back right away. And so I had to leave school and I needed a way to make some money.And so what I did was I started my first business which was a land design-build-landscape installation firm.And then I grew that business, sold it in 1992 and then I started a construction and real estate development company, which I had until 2004, but I started the business that I have today 7 Stage Advisors in its current form in 2002 but I started coaching in 1991, you know, looking to better myself. I got involved in coaching and then I became a coach all through the 90s. It was my side hustle if you will. I hired a business coach for my construction company in 1996. And if there were hashtags back then the hashtag would have been #hangupthehammer because the business was probably running me as much as I was running it and so the #hangupthehammer officially in 2004.
