Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

In our model, you can be a Stage 3 business and be as big as a Stage 7 business. So you don't have to go through all 7 stages. For example, if you are a very small business, medical doctor, a consultant, a lawyer and accountant you can be a Stage 2 or Stage 3 business for your entire career and you can do quite well at it. So you don't have to become a 4, 5, 6 or 7. You can become a Stage 2 or Stage 3 and do very very well. Some business, for example, Apple Computers, you know, very popular company around the world there are Stage 4 business and they're one of the largest businesses in the world. A Stage 5 business will be a franchise like Starbucks or McDonald's or you know, or Walmart, Walmart  is not a franchise, but they're a chain. A Stage 6 business will be like Uber or Amazon. These are companies that grow by acquisition, right? They're always they're rolling up there always buying and accumulating more businesses. A Stage 7 business will be like Microsoft. Microsoft would be an example of a Stage 7 business, Virgin would be another example. So it depends on how you want to grow your company where you go to.
