We deal with partnership issues all the time because at some point, you know in the beginning they're kind of on the same page, but at some point they start going in opposite directions. And what you find is the partnership will dissolve and that's when you hear about arguments and you know, if you look at musical bands for a moment, you know the Beatles couldn't stay together, you know, the Police the big acts that couldn't stay together because their vision for where the band needed to go, it couldn't stay together.
