We have to over-communicate. That doesn't mean just talking more. That means being very, very specific in how we give instructions. Okay, and when we do the situational leadership, we'll talk about that some more because we need to stop being descriptive and we need to start being instructive. So that's where, so we have to define how that box runs, okay, and that'll be one of our challenges because we speak American English, that's our challenge, our English is so bad. You try handing it off to somebody who actually knows English and you'll find out...

So if you're working on something as a team, whether you're the leader, you're the manager, whatever, doesn't matter. Take 100% responsibility for the outcome, which means if Nicole and I are working on something and Nicole has her tasks and I have mine, I'm going to take 100% responsibility for hers, she'll do the same for me, and what that is, that will give enough overlap that makes sure we're going to get this job done. Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

You're a small entrepreneur. You have a much better chance of survival if you go down the customized experience route because the customization implies that you're nimble you're agile and you can change quickly to the preferences of the buyer. If you're an aged player like Amazon or Zappos. You have to have large-scale. You have to have huge business. You have to have a lot of money in order to do it. But if you're customized you can say, all right. Well, let's say I'm a glass company, glasses company. I can say I'm going to appeal to entrepreneurs and I'm going to create a line of entrepreneurial glasses, and so I can start talking to entrepreneurs and I can say what do you want in your glasses? Okay. Well, you know, we do a lot of zooms. So the frames have to be small the light can't reflect right, you know, you have to find the features that entrepreneurs would like they have to be black and silver because that's the colors we like as entrepreneurs and then you can say alright I can build that. So I can build a smaller set of options or customized to you, but my margins will be high and I can build my reputation within that niche.
