After working her way up from a receptionist to sales at the age of 30, Deb Cleland chose to start her own business and invest her hard earned money in real estate.

Simultaneously Deb built two businesses, from scratch, into-multi-million dollar operations. She achieved her successes as a single parent with no formal education. Both of Deb's businesses thrived, and 16 years later she decided to sell her core business to fully commit to her love of real estate investing and renovating.

Deb learned very early on that buying and holding real estate is the best way to create wealth. She has beautifully restored over 400 units ranging from single-family homes to 42 unit apartment complexes. She believes that being a real estate investor is an honor, and treats her properties like homes and tenants like family.

She attributes a lot of her success to finding and working with some of the greatest minds in the business who taught her about manifestation, strategic planning, hope, possibility, creating respect, accountability, action, results, kindness and love. She feels that money is empty and hollow if there isn't a purpose with a vision in place.
