Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
Or was there a trigger event, I remember when I had my construction business in the late 90s and early 2000s, and 911 hit. And I remembered, on that day I remember thinking, you know cause I didn't enjoy my construction business and I certainly by 2001 was more than ready to leave it. And I was like, what am I doing, what am I doing, I mean the business I don't enjoy. You know, and you know I've been coaching for 10 years at this point, you know, thinking of starting a coaching business. And I'm like, what the hell, what am I waiting for? Why the hell am I doing this business I don't enjoy.
You know, tired all the time, stressed out, business ran me more than I ran it. You know, but that 911 was a you know, my hashtag at the time was you know, I felt like I was sitting on my cause. So sitting on my ass, I was sitting on my, I was sitting on my assets, right. And it was time for me to go and do what I like, so I cut a deal with myself on that day, that's it I'm not doing anymore business with anyone or anything I don't like anymore.
