Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.
I remember when I had a landscaping company I bought this dump truck and I was all excited to use the dump truck and the big truck that I needed. I’m driving on the road and I get a flat tire, the front right tire is past its years, it goes flat and you know what, I was more upset with myself than anything else because I knew it was flat, I bought it, I was scheduled to get the tires redone but I said “you know what I’m still gonna use it anyway” I pushed the tire beyond its life cycle and you know I got burned, I got called, so you know what would, should've been a small repair turned out to be a larger one cause I had to be towed and everything else. But that was the break down. So, the flat tire wasn’t the break down, right? Me not maintaining it, not servicing at a regular schedule, that was the break down, so let’s go to number two--number two is break-in--break-in, right? So to break-in is about let’s take inventory. Let’s find out what’s really going on here. Again the flat tire is a symptom, lack of sale symptom, I don't have as many customer as I was, I don’t making as much profit, I don’t have the freedom or the lifestyle that I thought that I was going to have, I’m not executing the way I thought, I’m stressed out, burned out, tired.
