Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

Number five is break away. Break away is about doing the daily thing that everyone else is not willing. It's Friday it’s 3 o’clock, it's hot out, everyone is in the pool, you just got out and guess what there’s a 4:30 networking event around the corner and you got--and you got to go inside put the suit on, google, put the suit on and go. It's the last thing you wanna do but you know what, you get off your ass and you go cause that’s what people who break away from the pack do, is they got up early--you know they got up early, they stayed up late, they do the extra, I remember Gibbons, Andy Murray the tennis--the Scottish tennis player who won Wimbledon, the year that he won Wimbledon, he was out of a prior tournament and he felt this was the same year he won Wimbledon, but he felt like his legs felt a little heavy like his--you know he didn't move very well, so at 2 o’clock in the morning, the morning of a match he got up and then in his hotel room he did 400 air squats in his room the night before that morning before an event because he want to make sure his legs were ready.

Like and follow this podcast so you can learn more. My name is Carl Gould and this has been your #70secondCEO.
