And you're hung up in it, it’s like somebody tipped garbage over your body and everywhere you look is the problem, you can’t see there’s any, so what we wanna talk about today, what is your homework right now? So we told you what to do with your social media and your marketing, but now we want you to serve, not sell and what's interesting is, it will probably turn into a sell in many cases, short term or long term but we wanna serve them, so we wanna jump right in Mr. Gibbons?
