In this episode, I discuss a question: What if being delusional is your best strategy? I explore the idea that to be an entrepreneur, you often need to hold beliefs that may not align with current reality. This "delusional" mindset allows you to envision possibilities that others may not see, which is crucial when you're building a business, writing a book, or creating something new. Throughout the episode, I emphasize that not everyone is meant to understand your vision, and that's perfectly okay. I encourage listeners to gather evidence of their past successes and to shift their definitions...

In this episode, I share thoughts on how our confidence can sometimes trigger the insecurities of those around us, leading them to shrink back instead of celebrating our growth. This dynamic is rooted in our individual beliefs and past experiences, which shape how we perceive the world. If our confidence makes someone else shrink, they were never truly cheering for us in the first place. Bless and release and thank them for the role they have played in your life. In this episode, I speak into the often-overlooked connection between subconscious writing blocks and the process of writing a book. I open up about my own vulnerabilities and the misconceptions that many aspiring writers face when they struggle to put pen to paper. I start by addressing a common sentiment among writers: the confusion about how subconscious rewiring relates to the writing process. Many people have invested in strategy programs, only to find themselves stuck and questioning their abilities. I explain that our subconscious mind is a powerful force, controlling 95% of our...

In this episode, I am sharing the process of embracing big visions and the fears that often accompany them. I start by sharing a personal anecdote from 2016 when I first received the idea to write my solo book. The initial excitement was quickly overshadowed by fear and skepticism from those around me, which led me to caution against sharing my ideas too freely. I reflect on my experience with launching my NLP coaching certification, Outspoken, where I had to build everything from scratch without any proof of concept. A mentor pointed out the difference between that experience and my current...

In this episode, I address a common question: how do we shift our thinking? I emphasize that while the concept may be simple, the execution is often challenging. I share my personal experience of being in a crisis and how it forced me to reevaluate my choices and control over my life. I encourage listeners to consider how they want to show up in their lives, especially as we approach the end of the year. info_outlineIn this episode, I am celebrating and sharing that it has been 4 years since my 6x Bestselling Book Release, When She Stopped Asking Why. I am a completely different person since that book release and I am so grateful for this experience. I wanted to share some lessons that still ring true for me, some new lessons, the power of asking different questions, and how the dots always connect even when we don’t think they ever will make sense.
In today’s episode we discuss:
1) I wrote my book to help myself to heal and to help others never feel that they are alone. When you write it with that intention, you learn to let go of what others might think.
2) I have let go of the needing to be the perfectionist, in fact, I have almost let go of her completely.
3) I am so grateful that I put my own healing ahead of building a business, we always go first.
4) We never know who will be impacted by our story. Someone somewhere is praying for the solutions we are holding onto.
5) This started the journey of helping other women learn how to share their stories, and this is truly a fire I love being a part of!
6) There is no easy way through doing the work. It is messy, hard, ugly, and through is the only way.
7) There are gifts in all of us and from all of our experiences. It is our choice whether we use them or not.
8) We can always choose our hard. Staying stuck is hard, and moving forward is hard, we get to choose which one we want.
9) Our stories happen to us for a reason, we choose to see the reason or we can ask different questions as to what is this teaching us.
10) Some of the most impactful people in our life, or the people we are meant to impact are people we haven’t even met yet. They are waiting for us to go first.
11) If you are not in a place of believing in yourself, surround yourself with people with who you can borrow their belief and then know that you will pay it to forward to someone else one day.
12) We are always capable of more than we think. We are our biggest limitation.
13) The dots always connect somewhere, have faith that this dot today will connect to somewhere in your future. Be the first to know
