In this episode of The Life Transformer Show, Tara talks about why you can’t lose weight on 1000 calories. This is mostly due to it being nonsustainable. So if you were accurately consuming only 1000 calories and exercising you wouldn’t be able to keep it going and you would balloon back. So how can you work out how many calories you need and how can you make sure you’re tracking accurately.
