904 | Can You Allow Others to Hold Your Vision With You? show art 904 | Can You Allow Others to Hold Your Vision With You?

Own Your Choices Own Your Life

In this episode, I am sharing the process of embracing big visions and the fears that often accompany them. I start by sharing a personal anecdote from 2016 when I first received the idea to write my solo book. The initial excitement was quickly overshadowed by fear and skepticism from those around me, which led me to caution against sharing my ideas too freely. I reflect on my experience with launching my NLP coaching certification, Outspoken, where I had to build everything from scratch without any proof of concept. A mentor pointed out the difference between that experience and my current...

I encourage listeners to consider how they want to show up in their lives, especially as we approach the end of the year. Own Your Choices Own Your Life

In this episode, I discuss the everyday struggles many authors face, such as fear of judgment from family and friends, and the realization that we cannot control how others perceive our words. Our internal representation of the world shapes our responses, and I share personal anecdotes to illustrate how our states can influence our reactions to others. Instead of focusing on the strategy first, it is essential to get into the right state of mind, energy, and nervous system regulation before writing. Our subconscious mind, which governs 95% of our actions, responds to feelings of safety rather...

In this episode, I explore the concept of being unbothered vs feeling numb. Being unbothered involves feeling emotions without being controlled by them. I recount my journey over the past couple of years, particularly the challenges I've faced, including navigating past stories of teen substance abuse and personal turmoil. I pose the question: Are you numb or unbothered? I explain the characteristics of both states, highlighting that numbness...

Own Your Choices Own Your Life

In this episode, we are sharing the theme of fire,  as a metaphor for personal transformation and as a reflection of my own experiences. This quote summarizes it all: “The fire burned brighter inside of me than around me," by Joshua Graham. What would change if you could learn to embrace the fire as a transformative force rather than a destructive one? I encourage everyone to reflect on what they are carrying that is no longer theirs to bear and to allow the fire to burn away those burdens. By doing so, we can ignite our inner fire, leading to a stronger, more authentic self. ...

In this episode we discuss:

1) Lion’s life work has been to study the realm of beliefs as they shape how we perceive reality. In order to be able to live our life to the fullest potential and overcome  challenges, we need to discover our limiting beliefs, the beliefs that foster long term transformation reside in the subconscious mind.

2) Lion’s personal story, what he experienced at only 26 years old, and how he has been on a lifelong mission and purpose to help people get to the root of their limiting beliefs, to clear their limiting beliefs so they are free to live the life they are meant to live.  Trauma, the meaning of trauma, and the Clear Beliefs Method is shared as a multidimensional approach to rapid, deep healing.
