Own Your Choices Own Your Life
In this episode, I dive into the powerful distinction between pain and suffering, a topic that has resonated with many of you after I shared a thought-provoking quote on my social media. The quote, "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is a choice," has taken on new meaning for me, and I want to explore it further with you. Throughout the episode, I stress that suffering is an energy leak that can hinder our progress and well-being. I encourage listeners to call themselves out when they find themselves stuck in an overthinking cycle and choose action instead. I highlight the importance of learning...

In this episode, I dive into the concept of our daily thoughts and how they shape the narrative of our lives. I start by sharing a striking statistic: we have between 60,000 and 80,000 thoughts daily, with 80% to 90% being repetitive and predominantly negative. This realization led me to a powerful metaphor: if we write a book in our minds daily, what kind of book are we writing? What is your "daily book" revealing about you? Are the thoughts uplifting and empowering, or do they serve to tear you down? What would someone learn about you if they read the book of their thoughts from that...

In this episode, I share the transformative power of our thoughts and how they shape our lives. It wasn't until I revisited a journaling practice that I began to uncover the layers of my thoughts and emotions. I emphasize the importance of allowing ourselves to express our thoughts freely without judgment or editing. This brain dump technique can lead to surprising revelations about our inner dialogue, often exposing feelings and beliefs we may not consciously...

As we kick off this short Friday episode, I introduce a tool that I wish I had understood much earlier in my journey. The key takeaway? To truly create results in your life, you must first feel it before you see it. I discuss the importance of cultivating a sense of safety within your body to hold the goals you desire. Many of my clients come in with big dreams, but when I ask them how it would feel if those dreams were realized today, they often express feelings of fear and unpreparedness. This reaction stems from the subconscious mind's primary job: to keep us safe. I emphasize that stepping...

In this episode, I am talking about the transformative potential of your thoughts. Through the lens of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I share how our thoughts shape our reality. I stress the importance of managing your thoughts, as they directly influence your feelings, behaviours, and, ultimately, the results you achieve. I encourage listeners to identify their most persistent negative thoughts and to recognize that these thoughts are like seeds that can either nurture growth or hinder progress. I share practical strategies for catching and reframing negative thoughts. First, I discuss...

In this episode, I encourage listeners to embrace the challenges of pursuing their dreams. I discuss the inevitability of losing people along the way and how this can create space for new relationships that align with our evolving journey. I also share my strategies for navigating tough days, reframing them as "off days" rather than reflecting my worth. As I recount my own experiences in the online space over the past 12 years, I highlight the significance of playing the long game and remaining anchored in our vision. I remind listeners that success may seem distant, but it is often just...
