- Find the better version of yourself - don’t just settle for being ‘good’.
- Go and help others be a champion. (You are only a true blackbelt when you help someone else become a blackbelt)
- How at the age of 16 he secured an appointment with the CEO of the TV network that he managed to turn into a TV show.
