Alexander is a Men's Transformational Coach, NCS L3 qualified counsellor, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and founder of ‘The Unmasked Man’. He has sat with hundreds of men all over the world helping them to unmask the man within and to shed light on the unconscious boy. He is deeply passionate and dedicated to guiding men to step into their power and fulfil their potential.
As a men’s coach and facilitator Mitch aspires to a holistic approach to healing that acknowledges the physical, the spiritual and emotional dimensions. He shares his passions and gifts in men’s work facilitation, ice water and breath practices, meditation, movement, water therapy, living in the wild and connection to music and poetry. Mitch has ventured into the forests and mountains, to journey deeply with plant medicine, and has received experiential wisdom that one simply cannot find in books, and he is eternally grateful for the illuminating insights into the ‘nature of self’ that have been revealed to him.
