Signy Karoline Kolsto is from Norway and has somewhat recently made the jump from age group to elite after having pretty impressive results quickly in the sport. She was in Belgium to compete in the first FISO OCR World Championships but we primarily focus on Spartan Race's OCRWC. She took 7th in the 3K, 5th in the 15K, her coed team took 2nd on the relay, and then she closed out the weekend by winning the 100 meter course!
