This audio guides you through a body scan to practice getting in touch with your body and listening to your body cues about regulation.  When we can listen to our body and understand our sensory needs we begin to learn how to meet our needs before the body and brain become dysregulated. You can do a quick body scan anywhere and I recommend doing them regulary throughout the day as you practice body awareness and mind body connection.
