We use an algorithm that considers historical data, infrastructure spending, supply and demand metrics, quality of schools, and socioeconomic factors to identify these high-growth areas.

In Queensland, Ipswich and Breland Point stand out as potential high-growth areas, while in Victoria, Melton and Brimbank are identified as key locations to watch.

We caution against investing in areas with limited data or high days on the market, such as Zuccoli in the Northern Territory. In Western Australia, Cockburn emerges as a potential investment hotspot due to its coastal location and affordability, despite concerns about long-term growth sustainability.
