What we’re Enjoying

Jay enjoyed a lot of fun and laughs as he finished up the latest season of Only Murders in the Building. Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez nailed it again along with a plethora of other stars populating season 4. And now that we know there’s going to be a season 5, you can bet there will be a cliffhanger ending. Shua checked out the new Robert Zemeckis movie “Here” with Tom Hanks and Robin Wright. A movie that takes place in one place where the camera doesn’t move. The story moves back and forth through time, stringing together a story of the house and the families that lived there. Not the strongest story, but definitely worth experiencing. 

 

Sci-Fi Saturdays

This week on Sci-Fi Saturdays Jay revisits the 2007 Will Smith apocalypse/zombie movie “I am Legend”. The third movie to adapt the 1954 novel by Richard Matheson. It has some great stuff throughout, despite changing the ending significantly.  Read his article on RetroZap.com.  And make sure to play around with the interactive map on MCULocationScout.com. There’s so much preparation expected for Thanksgiving. Food, decorations, what to wear…It can be overwhelming. It all seemed so much easier when we were kids. So maybe that’s the answer; a Retro Thanksgiving! And what better way to do that than a Choose Your Own Adventure? We will look at the perfect Thanksgiving locations, clothing, food, and TV specials. It’s up to you to choose. It’s a fun and Thankful way to plan your holiday on Enjoy Stuff!
