Alison is a landscape ecologist who has worked extensively in Gippsland on a wide range of flora projects for the Government, NGOs and volunteer conservation groups. She is a foundation member of the Gippsland Threatened Species Action Group and is passionate about improving habitat for threatened species and creating landscape-scale biolinks across Gippsland.

Dave, a long-time conservationist with a rich history of projects through the South Gippsland Conservation Society and the West Gippsland CMA, welcomed us to his beautiful property in Arawata, just north of Leongatha. Over the past 25 years, Dave has transformed this landscape through careful re-vegetation, creating the perfect setting to learn more about these extraordinary creatures.
