Jay has been diving into Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance on iPad, a tower defense game bursting with cartoon charm and clever pop culture easter eggs. Its lighthearted tone and strategic depth make it easy to pick up but tough to master. Shua has been moved by Sentimental Value, an Academy Award–nominated drama starring Renate Reinsve, Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas, Stellan Skarsgard, and Elle Fanning. This emotional story of estranged family members reconnecting delivers powerful performances and a heartfelt punch.

 

 

Sci-Fi Saturdays - 

This week on Sci-Fi Saturdays Jay shines a spotlight on Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, directed by Luc Besson. Inspired by childhood exploration, fantasy literature, and a desire to let players discover secrets on their own, Zelda dropped players into Hyrule with no hand-holding and no instructions beyond a wooden sword and courage.
