We start with the First Branch, which tells the tale of Pwyll, Prince of Dyfed and his encounter with a strange other-worldy being. In this episode, our Lord is touring his lands and stays awhile at his favourite Court at Arberth. One of his favourite pastimes is hunting, and he and his men set of for a hunt in the forests around the Valley of the River Cuch, Glyn Cuch.
This episode is the first episode in our Welsh Mythology, the Mabinogion series: Pwyll, the Prince of Dyfed.

The actual journey that Pwyll makes in this episode is derived from clues given within the various translations and is, essentially, an educated guess! :) However, below you can see the path that Pwyll would have taken in traverlling from Arberth to Glyn Cuch.
