tactic is a step that without a strategy goes nowhere
if you don't determine where you are and where you want to go, you will only have tactics... short sighted actions that feel good but don't gel into an overarching strategy
The sticky point is, surprisingly, having to bring clarity to the starting point. Why?
Because of your base context that is always there: there is something wrong here... with you, with them, with it.
so you don't want to look at that... you just want to fix what feels wrong.
