We wrap things with a look at the 20th annual Rock ’n Ribs BBQ Festival, April 25-27 in Springfield, Missouri. One of the largest KCBS-sanctioned competitions in the central portion of the United States, this year’s edition has nearly $20,000 in prize money up for grabs. There’s even a Whole Hog competition that pays $1,000 to win.
