Show Notes One thing I find about my life today… I live in a world of distractions. I may have plans for the day, but other stuff just seems to come up. But even more disrupting are the Internal Distractions of fear and anxiety and feelings of overwhelm—all resulting in a lack of confidence. It’s surprising we get anything done in any given day. Our special guest today, hypnotherapist Craig Meriwether, not only understands these issues, but he...

Show Notes As you might guess, I live in an interior world of creativity and imagination. That’s why I love to ponder. Yes, I spend a good portion of my day thinking about what is and, more importantly, what might be. Every now and again, I come across an idea that I am not sure what to do with. That’s when I make a phone call to my “go-to” thinkers who also love to ponder challenging topics. Of course I almost always put in a call to my friend Terry Hershey. And then when it comes to deep-thinking my “go-to” will always be the ever-so brilliant Lindsay Davis....

Show Notes Today, with special guest Dave Buck, we will chat about the details of retirement... mostly details not having to do with finances. In his new book, The Time Optimized Life, our guest David Buck writes… “Retirement usually represents a significant change in lifestyle. Most traditional planning leading up to retirement centers on having the necessary financial resources to last the remainder of a person’s lifespan. Show Notes Hi Paul. My guest today, author and Zen Master, Nora D’Ecclesis joins us to discuss her latest fiction, The Contessa’s Legacy. info_outlineShow Notes
My guest today is Sanford Coggins, Founder and CEO of VisionWise Capital, a company focused on providing private investors access to commercial real estate opportunities. VisionWise Capital controls $70M of real estate assets since its start-up in 2013.
Check out some of Sanford’s impressive credentials:
Sanford has a unique background as a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Principal, with 25 years as a Wealth Advisor. He worked for 16 years as Vice President, Wealth Management Advisory at Merrill Lynch, where he managed over $100M in client assets.
Sanford earned Merrill Lynch’s Lifetime Achievement Award for leadership and excellence.
But today, oddly enough, we are not going to talk about investing. Instead I want to chat with Sanford about the nearly forgotten value of honor. Character values, such as honor, seem to have been replaced by a new version of “Success” which is rooted primarily in financial attributes.
Sanford is a man with a strong personal code of honor, which guides his mental, and physical behavior daily. As a man committed to the biblical text, he tries to maintain those principles regularly.
So let’s bring on Sanford Coggins to chat with us about the disappearing value of honor.
