We continue in part 3 of this series which is using Ben Franklin's T chart to help our listener determine whether or not he or she wants to drink alcohol.
Today we discussed the relationship of alcohol to strokes, that there are no documented health benefits to consuming alcohol, that alcohol is the third leading cause of preventable illness and death in the country, that alcohol increases osteoporosis developing later in life which is a major cause of death resulting from falls and broken bones, the fetal alcohol syndrome, and the fact that there is no known safe level of alcohol use in pregnancy.
