Pakistan's ambassador to the United States, Massood Khan, was appointed in 2022. Ambassador Khan was the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir from August 2016 to August 2021. Masuma Batool visited the U.S. in August 2017 for a five-week exchange program called Leadership and Entrepreneurship Training under the Balochistan University Partnership Program with funding from the US Department of State. She completed her MBA in 2019 after which she started working with a humanitarian organization, the Balochistan Rural Support Programme, for over two years.
