In The Rundown, Michael and Brad highlight the latest mortgage news and real estate market stats. Michael makes his next prediction for where interest rates are headed. So far batting a thousand! Brad reviews the month of January and how the market is trending.

 

In The Scoop, it's all about the home-selling process, this week focusing on the steps from why people want to sell and making the decision, up to when you get under contract. As with our last two episodes on the home-buying process, it's beefy, so we split this one up as well (Episodes 6 and 7). Next week, we'll cover Part 2 and go from contract to close.

 

In this week's The Unreal, we had hoped to discuss an unreal listing, which you can find in the news as Maryland's most expensive listing. This time we'll leave it to you to look it up. We'll have another unreal segment in Episode 7.
