Now in her ninth year at TPC, Brooke has gone from solely working in aged care facilities to now, where she operates 100 per cent as a community physio, visiting elderly clients in their own homes.
Brooke covers a range of topics, including:
- dealing with the fact that clients can sometimes pass away because of their age
- how working with clients in their own homes provides greater scope to help them in more innovative ways versus working in aged care facilities
- helping clients work towards goals that are meaningful to them, in a safe way
- what her day-to-day week looks like
Brooke also emphasises the fact she loves building "beautiful bonds" with her senior clients.
