More about Dr. Valerie Morganson:
Valerie earned her doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She works at the University of West Florida teaching undergraduate and graduate students and conducting research on work-family and women's issues. Dr. Morganson has published over 30 papers about workplace issues. She was recently promoted to full professor. In addition to her academic role, she conducts research for applied purposes and provides consultation to businesses.
