Des is a now-retired BCM practitioner with 35 years of experience, many spent developing and leading BCM programs in the financial sector, as well as consulting in multiple sectors. He has taught numerous BCM courses over the years, including for George Brown College and the BCI. He is both a Fellow and Honorary Fellow of the BCI, has held several leadership roles and remains Lead Assessor and a regular Awards Judge. He himself has won 3 different BCI awards for Achievement and Contribution.
