Ed Carlson is a Certified Veterinary Technician and holds a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) in nutrition that he received in 2014. He is the Director of Veterinary Nursing Education at VetBloom, the Director of Technician Learning and Development at Ethos Veterinary Health, and serves as the current president of both NAVTA and the MVTA (Massachusetts Veterinary Technician Association). 

He also serves on the Executive Boards of the NH and MA Vet Tech Association. He lectures frequently at local, regional, and national veterinary conferences on a variety of nutrition topics. Ed was also the recipient of the NAVTA 2019 Technician of the Year award.
