May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we knew it was the perfect time to have Holly Homan on, Therapist and Owner of JRNY Counseling. We really enjoyed learning more about the process of therapy and talking with her about the stigma around it, divorce, anxiety, and so much more! She also has created a “Parents Summer Survival Guide” because as a full-time or part-time working parent, or stay-at-home parent, we know summer can be a lot and needs a new strategy.
