Care -  Awareness

  •  The first step to getting rid of bad habits is identifying that you have them. You cannot find a solution if you are unaware that the problem exists.

Courage - Motivated to Start

  • Talking is one thing, but walking is another. Being bold enough to take those first steps inspite of your inhibitions and fears is key to the deconstruction of bad habit

Confidence - Trust the Process

  • Where there is good intention, distractions will always follow. Learning to build trust within yourself and with process is key to enduring the challenges that come with change.

Consistency - Habit building/ Results

  • In time, habits begin to form and results are evident. Getting to this point is where positive results begins to create postive emotions, and discipline begins to create good habits.

Character - Permanence

  • This requires a shift in your perspective. Understand that lifestyle changes are about something far greater than vanity and looks. Your changes will transform the quality of your life and impact the people around you. Understanding the impact your health choices have on the people around you will allow health and fitness to become no longer just things you strive for, but now your identity.
