Robb’s experiences shaped his perspective on youth involvement in crime. After graduating cum laude in December 2021, he decided to take action. In September 2022, he founded The Work House, a facility aimed at keeping the children of Columbus safe and engaged in personal growth programs.
The Work House, named after the local jail, symbolizes the struggle or “work” to survive. Robb’s goal is to raise $50,000 through merchandise sales to rent a warehouse for after-school programs. These programs will focus on health, nutrition, and school sports training, providing a positive and supportive environment for the youth of Columbus.
Robb Neal’s story is one of transformation and redemption, demonstrating that it’s never too late to make a positive change and give back to the community.
