Today we are looking at connection through the lens of dreams. Not necessarily the dreams you have while sleeping, but the dreams that live deep inside you. The ones that never go away regardless of how much time passes. The world is changing, the way people communicate is changing and in some ways communication and friendship have become a bit transactional. Time seems to be going by faster and faster and we have more and more things that fill the time we do have. So today, I encourage you to reconnect to deep friendships that may have lost their spark or seek to cultivate new ones with the goal of truly connecting with another person beyond the surface. We all feel joy, pain, love, fear, anger, hope and sadness. These common elements connect us in ways we don’t often realize, and my goal is to become more aware of them and actively pursue these connections as often as possible.
