In this episode, I want to encourage you to take inventory of your business and determine what efficiencies you might be missing out on.
The biggest statistic that impacted me was hearing that when businesses lack automation, they lose 20% to 30% in revenue. Spending the time and money upfront to implement different automation tools is worth gaining that revenue in the long run. Putting automated processes in place saves time and money, reduces human errors, increases efficiency, reduces costs, speeds up deliverables, helps your employees, and ultimately increases revenue.
