Or is it me? What does friendship mean to you? Do you believe that you should be entirely reliant upon yourself otherwise it is a weakness? Often times people talk about 'self love' and 'self-reliance' and 'support comes from within first' but do these people not say that from a position where they recieve personal support they may not be aware of? Tea with Jamie

I've been so busy lately and have struggled to keep my positivity high. With new jobs and as a result; lack of free time, it's hard to employ the same positive-actions which prevent me from spiralling into a sea of negativity. In this episode I reflect on pre-pandemic motivations, and how I'm attempting to recapture the energy I used to have. Thanks for listening!

Who the bloody hell are you? show art Who the bloody hell are you?

Tea with Jamie

In this first podcast I talk about what brought me here and why I felt a podcast was neccersary. The world is growing more polarized and as a result, more scary. I often find the people around me don't agree, or worse don't want to hear about how I think and feel about certain topics which are affecting us all, so this podcast is my personal release from the tension this creates.
