In this episode, I share with you my journey from having a clinic no show rate of 50% and reducing it to less than 5% in only 12 months. There are 3 main things that helped me achieve this and I now teach this to other dietitians and nutrition coacheswho report similar results of enhanced retention, better client outcomes and more confidence in their effectiveness as dietitians or nutrition coaches.
