How we hold space for ourselves as business owners in all of these seasons is how we ensure our long-term business success.
Can you not let the lows mean anything?
Can we sit in the discomfort of something not selling?
Can we not let the highs be moments we miss, or don’t celebrate, or worst still, tell ourselves we can’t keep this up?
Can we allow ourselves to be in the space of the in-between, where we are open to receiving and just getting on with those everyday tasks and life.
It’s all needed, it’s all neutral, it’s all part of being human, can we let it all exist!
As a business coach, I not only practice holding space for myself through my seasons, but for my clients too. In fact, I show up more when my clients are in a low moment, guiding them through this and seizing the opportunity that is there is something I love doing.
