We all want over night success. We want to believe that the commercials that talk about losing 14 pounds in 14 days work. We think that there is a secret thing that some people have and that's why they have overnight success.

This episode I talk about slow success. Slow success is success that lasts. We can all have quick success, but in order for something to last it needs to be permanent change. This takes time. The example I give is with weight loss. What would you do to have slow success, and a permanent change, instead of having instant gratification.
