I Have Gained So Much Weight
When you are taking care of others, you forget to care for yourself. You are so tired and overwhelmed that you turn to food, or other vices to numb those feelings. You forget about what it is that you enjoy and love and instead just try to check out at the end of the day. This episode I talk about the first steps to take in caring for yourself.
