Lenore Mohr - Secrets of an Investment Realtor Revealed: 5 Minute Success

Lenore Mohr is an Investment Realtor. 

 

Her first full-gut renovation was over 20 years ago for her own personal residence. She started Pure Light Properties in 2016 and renovated over 30 properties. She became a realtor in 2018. Combining her knowledge of renovation, sales and the real estate market, Lenore best serves her clients by guiding them to build long-term sustainable wealth through real estate investing. Focused on growing her on portfolio, Lenore bought 11 properties in 2021 and continues to stabilize and grow her portfolio.

 

Lenore recognized the need to teach realtors to do what she loves to do, work with real estate investors and create their own real estate legacy. After developing processes, systems and resources, she designed a 12-week course with a two-year certification program called the Investment Realtor Certification Course. Her goal is to connect investors and investment realtors nationally and internationally.
