Monday, January 9 2023. This evening I all of a sudden became aware of and humbled by the fact that I have an entire team of organs that relentlessly tirelessly have have beat, filtered, cleansed, pumped and circulated. No thanks to me, I dare say, over the years I have given them alcohol, cigarette smoke, fast food, junk food, and no end of stress to contend with.
