With over three decades of legal experience, including roles as General Counsel at Drilling Controls, Inc. and Division Counsel at Halliburton Energy Services, Inc., Tom has dedicated his career to advancing corporate compliance and ethics. 

As an independent consultant, Tom specializes in assisting companies with anti-corruption, anti-bribery compliance, and international transaction issues, focusing on delivering business solutions to compliance challenges.

Tom is a prolific author, having written over 25 books on compliance, leadership, and business ethics. His notable works include the international best-sellers The Compliance Handbook and Lessons Learned on Compliance and Ethics. He also contributes as a columnist for Corporate Compliance Insights and serves as a Contributing Editor to the FCPA Blog.
