A while back I polled teachers and this was my question: If you were to listen to this podcast, what topic would be most helpful for you? What do you want to get out of listening to this podcast? There was a clear response that I was repeatedly seeing.
And here’s the thing, this isn’t only for teachers. This applies to moms and women and anyone who feels like an imposter. Feeling like you’re not living up to the standards you have set up for yourself, feeling like a fraud. It’s this constant comparison game where you really start to feel self-doubt and have this feeling of self-doubt.
It’s normal to feel like you’re not doing a good job. It’s normal to feel insecure about how you’re doing. But you don’t have to live in this space. Listen to this episode to hear all about how you don’t have to stay in these feelings of insecurities and how to break free from imposter syndrome.
